Privacy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
The short version. We collect as little as we can. We never sell your data. You can ask us to show you or delete what we have about you at any time, and we'll answer within a month.
Who's responsible. Avodah Creatives, a sole proprietorship of Alysha Wazir, Amsterdam, KvK 87494884, is responsible for the personal data on this page. Questions or requests: business@avodahcreatives.com.
What we collect, why, and for how long
Data from our clients' customers
When we work on a campaign, a client may give us read-only access to their sales, customer or site data so we can track what moved. We handle that data only on the client's instructions, under a data processing agreement, and the client's own privacy notice applies. We use only the fields we need, keep them pseudonymised wherever possible, and delete them when the work ends.
When we use an ad platform's own lift test, the platform holds back part of the audience and reports totals. We see the group totals, not the people in them.
Cookies
We only use the cookies this site needs to work, set by our website host, Vercel. To see which pages get read, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't store your IP address. It counts visits by page, the site you came from, your country and your type of browser, device and operating system, and it can't tell who you are or follow you to other sites. We don't use ad pixels or anything that follows you around the web or builds a profile of you. That's why you don't see a cookie banner. If we ever add other cookies, we'll ask for your permission first.
Who we share data with
Only with companies that help us run Avodah, under an agreement that protects your data: Vercel for hosting this website and counting visits, Supabase to store "Notify me" sign-ups, Google Workspace (Gmail) for sending email and storing files, and Moneybird for accounting. Freelancers who work on client projects sign a confidentiality agreement. We never sell data and never share it for someone else's marketing.
Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. We only use them when the safeguards the GDPR requires are in place, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How we keep it safe
Two-step login on every account, encrypted laptops, storage in the EU where we can choose, and access only for the people who need it.
No automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you that are taken by a computer alone.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we have about you
- correct it
- delete it
- send it to you or someone else in a usable format
- stop using it, or use it less
You can also object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Send your request to business@avodahcreatives.com and we'll answer within one month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Tell us first, so we can fix it. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
